Terms and Conditions

Yashvan is a brand of SS Dynamics Solutions Private Limited, (called "Yashvan" from here onwards). These Terms apply to all Yashvan products, including Bank Statement Analyzer and Verify (together, the "Services").

Accepting the Terms

You must agree to these Terms to use the Services. You accept these Terms by creating an account, buying credits, or using the Services. If you accept on behalf of a firm or company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

You may not use the Services if you are not of legal age to form a binding contract.

Provision of the Services

Yashvan may change, add or remove features of the Services from time to time without prior notice. Yashvan may stop providing the Services, or any feature, temporarily or permanently.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

The Services may use automated rules, OCR and artificial-intelligence tools, and third-party sources such as government registries, to process data and produce reports and verification results.

Use of the Services by you

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and as permitted by these Terms.

When you upload or check information about any person or business other than yourself, including bank statements of your clients or PAN, MSME or GST details of vendors and customers, you confirm that you have their consent or are otherwise legally permitted to do so.

You agree not to access the Services other than through the interface or APIs provided by Yashvan, not to use automated scripts or crawlers, not to disrupt the Services, and not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Services.

API keys issued to you are for your own systems only and must not be shared.

You are responsible for any breach of these Terms and its consequences, including any loss Yashvan may suffer.

Your account and passwords

You are responsible for keeping your passwords and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your account. If you become aware of any unauthorized use, you agree to notify Yashvan immediately.

Credits, payments and refunds

The Services are used through prepaid credits and plans purchased online. Prices and the credits consumed by each service are shown on our pricing page, and may be changed by Yashvan from time to time. GST and other taxes are charged extra.

Credits are valid for the period stated in your plan. Unused credits expire at the end of that period. Credits and plan fees are non-refundable, except where payment was debited but credits were not added to your account.

Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Yashvan does not store your card or bank details.

Questions about payments or refunds may be sent to support@yashvan.com with the subject line "Payments". Refunds, where applicable, are at Yashvan's discretion and are handled case by case.

Privacy and your data

Your data remains yours. Yashvan uses it only to provide the Services. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use and protect information. By using the Services, you agree to the use of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Correctness of reports and verification results

Yashvan takes care to make its reports accurate. However, bank statement analysis and transaction classification depend on OCR and automated tools, and verification results depend on government registries and third-party sources that Yashvan does not control. Yashvan does not guarantee that any report or result is correct, complete or current.

You must review reports and results before relying on them. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You agree not to hold Yashvan responsible for issues arising from incorrect values in reports or results.

Exclusion of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and your use of them is at your own risk. Yashvan does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Yashvan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, goodwill, business or data, however caused. In any case, Yashvan's total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Yashvan in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

Yashvan may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if required by law. If your account is closed, you may lose access to your account, reports and any unused credits.

Changes to these Terms

Yashvan may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services.
